TD Robert’s description of W.R. Jackson: “by far the longest and hardest course on the property. It is one of the most challenging and rewarding courses in the southeast US. The fairways are fair and the rough is rough, it represents how golf is meant to be played: hit your lines and get rewarded; miss the fairway, and it will be reflected in your score.”
Updated layout changes for 2022 event: Just a few changes since the last significant event at WR Jackson, which was the 2019 Hall of Fame Classic. On holes 9 and 18, there are added FPO tees, which play as drop zones for MPO. These two holes have early creeks running through fairway, marking in bounds. Land in or before the creek, and you’re OB. Proceed to drop zone, with a penalty stroke and shoot your 3rd shot. Land drive past the creek, marked safe.
